For families moving to a new city, "where will the kids go to school?" is often a bigger question than "where will we live?" Early Roots Consulting exists for exactly that moment. Founder Blaire Dosmann brings 15 years of experience in education across the Indianapolis area — teaching in public, private, faith-based and secular schools, using traditional, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia methods.

Blaire works one-on-one with families to match parent goals and each child's individual needs to find the ideal school — offering schools to consider, questions to ask on tours, and unbiased guidance every step of the way. She's been through the school choice process with her own children and understands how overwhelming it can feel.

We refer our clients to Early Roots because relocating with kids means navigating two big transitions at once — and having a calm, knowledgeable guide for the school piece makes the whole move feel lighter.
