Minna Kerchner
Team Owner Minna has lived in several areas of the city including the heart of Mass Ave, Irvington, and the Old Northside since 2016 and has owned a 140-year-old home, a new construction home, a single-story bungalow, an attached townhome, a condo, and everything in between, including a stint as an HOA president. She understands the emotions and questions that come along with all types of real estate transactions and has the compassion, knowledge, and experience to be successful for any client.
Angelica Brewer
Born and raised on Indianapolis' Northwest side, Team Owner Angelica has ties to many communities across the city. Angelica's background is as a Critical Care Nurse in one of Indy's level 1 trauma centers. In 2018, Angelica decided to transition into real estate to translate the skills that she has learned as an RN to help serve the city in a different capacity. Angelica specializes in working with medical professionals and relocating professionals. She has developed a program and a team of professionals to address the specific needs of these groups.
Sylva Zhang
Sylva realized real estate would be a good fit when renting bikes to a couple flying in to tour neighborhoods in advance of their move to Indy. As she helped them map their day's exploration, she realized that helping people get connected and find a good home base to walk or bike to work was a powerful way to build livable communities. She and her husband matched in Indianapolis for a med-peds residency, and they bought their first home in Ransom Place, a short walk from all five of the hospitals where he would serve. The couple and their family can often be found biking around the city with their daughters and sometimes their dog.
Chris Runyon
Chris came to Real Estate after over 20 years of experience in sales. He excels at networking and has working relationships all over the city. Chris has a mind for finance and is not afraid to ask hard questions to get you to where you want to be.
Paige Hewitt
Having spent the first decade of her professional life in the music education world as a competitive high school band director, Paige brings authenticity, tenacity, organization, and professionalism to all aspects of her real estate business. Not only did she receive her degree from ISU, but Paige also met her husband there. Paige and James live with their siberian husky, Nala, and their rescue pit mix Koda. Paige is a music connoisseur who enjoys coffee, traveling, family time, yoga, and DIYing. The coffee is on her, ALWAYS!
Jared Ruth
He puts out fires and puts together deals—and he loves doing both for the community he grew up in. A lifelong Indianapolis native, he has watched the city grow and change and knows the neighborhoods and surrounding areas inside and out. After earning his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mount Union in 2019—where he was a two-time National Champion on the football field—he returned home to serve the people of Indy. As both a firefighter and a real estate professional, he brings dedication, honesty, and hard work to every client relationship.
